Kuchta Selected To Participate in North/South Classic

Game To Be Held May 25 In Baltimore, Md.

Air Force lacrosse player Justin Kuchta has been selected to play for the North squad at the 66th annual North/South Classic Senior All-Star Game, which will be held May 25 at Calvert Hall High School in Baltimore, Md. Kuchta becomes the 14th Falcon to take part in the prestigious game and the second in the last three years.

Kuchta, a midfielder from Ridgefield, Conn., finished the season with 18 goals, ranking second on the team. An All-GWLL selection in 2005, Kuchta has been one of the Falcons' top scorers in all four seasons at the Academy, closing out his career with 72 goals and 24 assists.

The North/South Classic is being held in conjunction with Championship weekend, which will end with the NCAA title game on Memorial Day. The weekend will begin with the Division III North/South game at 4:00 p.m., followed by the Division I/II North/South Game at 5:45 p.m. Coaching the North team this season will be coached by Tom Mariano of Sacred Heart and Tim MacIntee of Manhattan College.
