Air Force Academy

Hofstra outscored Air Force 6-1 in the first period and 7-3 in the second, leaving the Falcons struggling at the midway point. Air Force was able hold Hofstra in the third period, both teams scoring three goals. The Pride flew by the Falcons in the fourth, outscoring Air Force 6-1 for a 22-8 victory.

Hofstra outshot Air Force 58-25 during the game, also winning 50 ground balls to Air Force's 39.

C3C (So.) Eric Lederer led the scoring for the Falcons with three goals. C3C Kyle Warf knocked in two and had one assist.

Air Force is now 2-7 on the season and has just suffered its third straight loss on the road. The Falcons will be in action again Saturday at 9:30 a.m. against VMI at Johns Hopkins University.
