Air Force Lacrosse Falls to Brown, 13-6


    The Air Force Academy lacrosse team lost to Brown Univ., 13-6, Sunday in a match played at New Canaan High School in New Canaan, Conn.

    The Falcons fell behind early on during he match as Brown outscored Air Force, 6-2 in the first period. Brown moved even further into the lead during the second period outscoring the falcons 3-1, leaving Air Force with a 9-3 deficit at the midway point. The Falcons came out strong for the final two periods, holding Brown and tying with them in the third and fourth periods, 2-2, and 1-1, ultimately losing the match, 13-6.

    The Falcons are now 1-4 going into Monday's game against Providence College. The Providence game will be played 10 a.m. Mon., March 12 at Harvard Univ. in Boston.
