    Blue & Silver Book Club Ice Cream Party - Friday, September 10th

    Mark your calendars for Friday, September 10th as Blue & Silver Book Club members are invited to the USAFA Base Library for an ice cream party with the Bird, and Air force Cadet Athletes from 5-6pm. Kids can interact with cadet athletes, get autographs and photos and tryout a variety of activities involved with various sports teams at the Academy. Teams attending the event will be Air Force hockey, baseball, paintball and ultimate frisbee. Each book club member in attendance will receive a free scoop of ice cream courtesy of Pikes Peak Ice Cream and Gelato while supplies last. Admission to the event is free!

    Earn Tickets to Air Force Falcons Sporting Events through the Blue & Silver Book Club

    Air Force Academy Athletic Department is proud to team up with the Pikes Peak Public Library District and USAFA Base Library to announce the 2010 Blue & Silver Book Club. The Blue & Silver Book Club offers kids the opportunity to earn free tickets to select Air Force Falcons sporting events by reaching specific reading goals on a monthly basis. Fans can earn free tickets to Air Force: football, men's and women's soccer, volleyball, hockey, men's and women's basketball, and baseball.

    To pick up a Blue & Silver Book Club brochure and membership card, stop by your local Pikes Peak Public Library branch the USAFA Base Library or drop into the official sponsor of the club Pikes Peak Ice Cream and Gelato in Monument.
