WOODLAND, Calif. - After winning three USA Gymnastics national titles last weekend, Air Force junior Greg Stine (Houston, Texas) was named the Collegiate Division Gymnast of the Week by the Collegiate Gymnastics Association (CGA) on March 29. This award, which is voted on by the men's gymnastics coaches, is the third such award of the season for Stine, who has also earned a pair of weekly Mountain Pacific Sports Federation awards this season.

Highlighted by three USAG national titles, Stine earned five USAG All-America distinctions while helping the Falcons to a third-place finish in the team standings.

On Saturday, Stine won the second USAG all-around title of his career behind a score of 49.500. He followed that up with two more titles on Sunday. Tallying matching scores of 9.300, Stine won the floor exercise and still rings to become the first Air Force gymnast to win three USAG national titles in a single meet. In addition, he finished fourth on the pommel horse (7.600) and high bar (8.450) to earn USAG All-America status.

Air Force continues its postseason run this weekend with the MPSF Championships. The annual conference meet will be held on Saturday, March 31, at Haas Pavilion in Berkeley, Calif.
