Air Force Men's Gymnastics Take Third In First Day of Rocky Mountain Open

The Air Force men's gymnastics team began this weekend placing third in the first day of the Rocky Mountain Open, held Friday and Saturday at the Air Force Academy's Cadet Gymnasium, West Gym. Taking the first place slot with a final team score of 209.750 was Oklahoma. In second place was Nebraska with a final team score of 200.050. The Falcons followed with a final team score of 194.100. In fourth place was Arizona State with a final team score of 189.100.

The Rocky Mountain Open continues Saturday afternoon at 1:00 p.m. with the men's event finals, which will be comprised of the top eight in each event from Friday's session. The Air Force women's gymnastics team along with Brigham Young and the University of Denver will compete Saturday evening at 7:00 p.m. All competitions will be held at the Air Force Academy's Cadet Gymnasium's West Gym.
