WHY USAFA?: "I chose to attend USAFA because I wanted to be in the Air Force and serve my country. I wanted to fly planes and work with some of the best teachers in the U.S. USAFA is unlike any other school and I wanted the challenge. The Summer Seminar program and my recruiting trip made me decide that I definitely wanted to go to USAFA. I wanted to go in and come out a better leader and overall person. The Academy also offers world class athletics and Division I sports. I really wanted to compete in gymnastics in college and USAFA gave me that opportunity. Not to mention that I would get a chance to become an officer in the United States Air Force. All around, USAFA was a perfect fit."
