Derek Kvedar Visits Europe with Academy Summer Program

Cadets are presented with numerous unique opportunities throughout their four years at the Academy and for Air Force senior gymnast Derek Kvedar, the summer of 2010 was no exception. Kip Simons Inducted into USA Gymnastics Hall of Fame

Air Force men's gymnastics head coach Kip Simons was inducted into the USA Gymnastics Hall of Fame this afternoon (Aug. 13) at the Marriott Hotel Ballroom in Hartford, Conn. Simons was one of six inductees into the sport's prestigious Hall of Fame. The induction ceremony was held in conjunction with the 2010 Visa Championships. [+]

Colton Wulf Places 16th at 2010 Visa Championships

With a score of 76.900, Air Force freshman Colton Wulf wrapped up competition at the 2010 Visa National Championships this afternoon (Aug. 11) at the XL Center in Hartford, Conn. Competing against some of the best gymnasts in the country, Wulf placed 16th in the Junior Division (ages 16-18). [+]

Air Force freshman gymnast Colton Wulf (Wheat Ridge, Colo.) will represent the Academy in the Junior Division of the 2010 Visa Championships in Hartford, Conn., on Wednesday, Aug.11. Men's Gymnastics Adds Six Newcomers to 2010-11 Roster

Air Force men's gymnastics head coach Kip Simons announced the addition of six newcomers to the program for the upcoming 2011 season. The newest group of Falcons, who are concluding their first week of Basic Cadet Training at the Academy, will join a talented squad of returning gymnasts that claimed the program's first-ever USAG team title last year.
