Gymnastics Air Force freshman Jacob Houder was a recipient of the Mountain West Conference Scholar-Athlete Award, the league office announced today (June 24). Houder, a native of Pinehurst, Texas, completed his first year at the Academy with a 3.72 grade-point-average. Houder was one of 548 student-athletes to earn the league honor. Gymnastics Three members of the Air Force men's gymnastics team were named to the Mountain Pacific Sports Federation All-Academic Team, the league commissioner announced this morning (May 5).
