The Air Force golf team wraps up its fall tournament schedule in El Paso, Texas, this weekend at the 2013 Price's Give `em Five UTEP Invitational at the par-72, 7,307-yard Butterfield Trail Golf Club. The two-day tournament is slated for two rounds on Friday, Oct. 25 and one round on Saturday, Oct. 26. Play will begin at 8 a.m. each day.
Fifteen teams are slated to compete in the Herb Wimberly Intercollegiate. They are: Air Force, Boise State, Colorado, Grand Canyon, Idaho, Kansas, Nebraska, NM State, Northern Colorado, San Jose State, Seattle, UC Riverside, Utah, UTEP, Western New Mexico. Heading to the tournament for Air Force are Kyle Westmoreland, Matthew Dunn, Jack Howard, Philip Colwell and Andy Germann.

The Air Force golf team finished in 12th place at the Herb Wimberly Intercollegiate at the New Mexico State University Golf Course in Las Cruces, N.M. The Falcons, who were in fifth place after the first two rounds on Monday, shot a 303 (+19) on Tuesday for a three-round total of 890.
Senior Kyle Westmoreland led the team individually, tying for 13th place with a three-round total of four-over par 217. Westmoreland shot a two-over par 73 in the final round on Tuesday. Freshman Andy Germann, who was tied for 10th after the first two rounds, shot a final round 80 and tied for 36th at 223.
Seniors Jack Howard (227) and Philip Colwell (228) tied for 56th and 64th, respectively, with Colwell firing a team-best 72 on Tuesday. Sophomore Matthew Dunn tied for 77th with a three-round total of 234.
HEAD COACH George Koury
This fall, Air Force head coach George Koury is in his 12th season at the helm of the Falcons' golf program. After serving three seasons as an assistant under legendary coach Gene Miranda, Koury took over the program at the start of the 2002-03 season.
The Falcons will open their spring schedule on Monday, Feb. 24 at the Snowman Getaway in Goodyear, Ariz.
