Falcons To Take Part In Rocky Mountain Invitational

The Air Force golf team travels to Greeley this weekend for the Rocky Mountain Invitational.

The Air Force golf team will travel to Greeley, Colo., on Sunday, Oct. 10, to take part in the Rocky Mountain Invitational, a match-play event hosted by Northern Colorado. The Falcons will face off against MWC opponent Wyoming as well as the host Bears.

The 36-hole event will begin on Sunday at 8:00 a.m., at the Greeley Country Club. The teams will compete in 18 holes of match-play in the morning followed by 18 holes of medal match-play in the afternoon; the afternoon round is scheduled to begin around 1:00.

The event is free and the public is encouraged to come out and watch three of the top Division I teams in the area compete.
