Kyle Westmoreland is tied for fourth place and the Air Force golf team is in 12th after the first two rounds of the Ram Masters Invitational Monday at the Fort Collins Country Club. The Falcons have a two-round score of 599 on the par-70, 7,121-yard course.
Westmoreland backed up a first round score of 72 with an even-par 70 in the second round for a two-round total of 142, tying three other players, five shots behind leader Zak Griffiths of Nevada. Junior Philip Colwell is tied for 36th place at nine-over par 149, followed by senior Andrew Hoops, who is tied for 52nd at 152.
Nevada holds the team lead with a two-round total of 566, followed by Wichita State (571) and host Colorado State (572).
The final round of the Ram Masters Invitational begins Tuesday morning at 8 a.m.
