Fellow senior Philip Colwell is tied for 45th after a one-over par 73 while senior Jack Howard is tied for 55th place after a 74 on Sunday.
“Kyle had a great day today,” said Air Force head coach George Koury. “I wish we could have backed him up a little better. We will be better tomorrow and hopefully we learned from our mistakes today. If we want to be competitive, we need to find players to step up.”
