2001 (Sophomore) - Played and started in five games before an injured ankle forced him to miss the remainder of the season ... recorded 34 total tackles, including 15 unassisted ... had two tackles for a loss ... was injured against Navy ... appeared in Sports Illustrated following the Navy game making a "perfect" tackle ... ranked second in the conference in tackles after four games ... no contact during spring drills after recovering from off-season ankle surgery.
