2014 – Played in seven games as a backup offensive lineman … helped the Falcons finish second in the conference and sixth nationally in rushing with a 273.1 per-game average … also helped team finish second in the conference and sixth nationally in sacks allowed with just 12 on the season.

2013 – Did not see any varsity action.

2012 – Played on the junior varsity.

High School – Lettered three years in football, two in basketball and one in baseball … earned first-team all-state Division II honors and academic all-state in football as a senior … high school football coach was Brad Waggoner … was his class valedictorian … served as vice president of the Beta Club.

Personal – Son of John Brantley and Sarah Widincamp … is one of four children … majoring in operations research … hopes to be a scientific analyst for the Air Force after graduation … completed a summer research project for the Department of Homeland Security at the University of Southern California this past summer … also was a flight commander during survival training and also the Academy’s space summer program … hobbies are sports and playing guitar … favorite NFL team is the Atlanta Falcons … his father, John, is a minister … would like to attend graduate school … favorite athlete is Chipper Jones … completed expeditionary survival training and Operation Air Force in the summer of 2014 … also worked in the drones unmanned aerial program during one summer period.
