    Clell Knight, fighting in the 156-pound division, earned Boxer of the Week honors after earning a decision over John Paek Thursday in the Wing Open quaerterfinals held in the Cadet Gym.

    The southpaw Knight used a good left and effdective body shots throughout the three rounds. He used combos to keep the shorter aggressive Paek out of range.

    Knight landed several body shots which seemed to slow Paek down. The freshman was very game but Knight's experience proved to be a big difference in the bout.

    The semifinals are scheduled for Wednesday, 20 Feb. at 4 p.m. in the upper boxing room of the Cadet Gym. There are 16 bouts scheduled.
