2008: Wing Open champion at 119 pounds...NCBA All-American...silver medalist at the NCBA national championships...NCBA regional champion...posted a 4-3 record on the season...earned a knockout victory in the regional final...2007: NCBA national champion at 119 pounds...NCBA All-American...NCBA regional champion...Wing Open finalist at 119 pounds...joined the regional/national team prior to regional meet...one of just three Falcons to earn a win at Army...finished the season with a 7-3 record...accumulated three knockouts...earned Boxer of the Week honors after winning the regional title...2006: Did not compete.

HIGH SCHOOL: Judge Memorial Catholic High School...played soccer...was the state champion in impromptu debate.

PERSONAL: Son of Charles and Kathryn Horton...born Dec. 29, 1986...nickname is "The Hornet"...father is an Academy graduate and was a pilot for the F-4 and F-16 aircrafts...has one younger brother Michael (19) and Laura (16)...majoring in Foreign Area Studies...plans on attending pilot training following graduation...served as Squadron First Sergeant...member of Cadet Squadron 11.
