Head coach Dave Pilipovich announced Air Force's 2012-13 men's basketball non-conference schedule today. The slate is highlighted by the second annual All-Military Classic at The Citadel and games against Florida and Richmond during the holiday break.

Following an exhibition game at Clune Arena against Colorado Christian on Nov. 4, the Falcons will open the regular season by defending their title at the All-Military Classic beginning on Saturday, Nov. 10 in Charleston, S.C. Air Force will once again battle Army in the first round, then face either Citadel or VMI on Sunday, Nov. 11.

Home games against Western State, Regis University and Montana State follow the tournament, then Air Force will play the first of 11 games against teams that appeared in the 2012 NCAA Tournament with a contest at the University of Colorado on Sunday, Nov. 25. Three more home games follow, including the annual Mountain West / Missouri Valley Challenge matchup against Wichita State at Clune Arena on Dec. 2. In all, 15 of AFA's 29 games are against teams that competed in the postseason last year.

After a game at UC Riverside on Dec. 22, Air Force will play perennial national contender Florida on Dec. 29 as part of the 2012 Orange Bowl Basketball Classic before heading to Richmond, Va., to play former Falcon head coach Chris Mooney and the Spiders on Jan. 2. The Falcons' final non-conference game will come against the University of New Orleans at Clune Arena on Jan. 23 during one of AFA's bye weeks in conference play.
