Men's Basketball Season Tickets On Sale

Air Force men's basketball season tickets are now on sale for the 2005-06 campaign. Tickets can be purchased in person at the Air Force ticket office, located on the main level of the Falcon Athletic Center, by calling the ticket office at 719-472-1895 or 800-666-8723, or on the school's website (see above link).

The Air Force men's basketball team is coming off its second-best season in school history with an 18-12 record and a third-place finish in the Mountain West Conference. Jeff Bzdelik takes over the head coaching duties in '05-06 after spending the last 15 years coaching in the NBA. This year's team returns 13 letterwinners and four starters, including senior co-captains Nick Welch and Antoine Hood. Both were named to the all-MWC second-team last season, while returning starters Jacob Burtschi and Matt McCraw, both juniors, were conference honorable mention selections.

The Falcons have 15 games at Clune Arena this season, including eight against MWC opponents. Air Force will also host Georgia Tech at the Colorado Springs World Arena. That game is not included in the season-ticket package, but season-ticket holders will be able to purchase tickets at a reduced price.

Season ticket prices for the 2005-06 season range from $75 to $135. Also available this season is a Family Pack of four season tickets in limited sections of Clune Arena, which range from $210 to $280. Family Packs are limited so order yours today! Single game tickets will be available for sale beginning Monday, Oct. 17. Prices range from $7 to $15.
