The Falcons are 12-7 overall and 3-1 in the MWC. San Diego State defeated Colorado State, 84-77, in San Diego on Monday to improve to 9-8 overall and 3-1 in the MWC. CoachesAir Force is coached by Chris Mooney (Princeton, 1994), who is in his first season as a Division I head coach. Mooney has been with the Falcon program for four years, including the last two as the associate head coach. San Diego State is coached by Steve Fisher (Illinois State, 1967), who is in his sixth season with the Aztecs. He has led SDSU to a 79-87 record. Fisher has a 263-159 career record in his 15th season, including nine seasons at Michigan. SeriesSan Diego State leads the series, 35-15. Air Force swept the Aztecs last season, winning 57-43 in San Diego and 61-49 at Clune Arena, which clinched the MWC Championship for the Falcons.
