    Air Force is 10-2 overall and 1-0 in the Mountain West Conference. New Mexico is 9-5 and 0-1 in MWC play.

    Recent Results
    Air Force won its eighth consecutive game and snapped a 27-game road MWC losing streak with a 65-57 victory at Colorado State last Monday. New Mexico opened conference play with an 82-77 loss at Wyoming on Monday night.

    Coaches
    Air Force is coached by Joe Scott (Princeton, 1987), who is in his fourth season with the Falcons. He has a 39-58 record in his tenure at Air Force. Scott came to AFA from his alma mater, Princeton, where he was an assistant coach from 1993-2000.

    New Mexico is coached by Ritchie McKay (Seattle Pacific, 1987), who has a 19-23 record in two seasons with the Lobos. Prior to taking the UNM coaching job, he was the head coach at Oregon State, Colorado State and Portland State. He has a 102-112 career record in eight seasons.

    New Mexico leads the overall series, 39-12. The teams split a pair of games last season, with New Mexico winning 73-59 in Albuquerque and Air Force taking a 68-62 decision at Clune Arena in the final regular season game.
