USAF ACADEMY, Colo. - Air Force baseball wraps-up its 2012 Fall season with an exhibition game at UNLV on Sunday, Nov. 4. First pitch is slated for 11 a.m. at Earl E. Wilson Stadium in Las Vegas.
"We are extremely thankful to have the opportunity to travel to play UNLV," Falcon baseball head coach Mike Kazlausky said. "This will allow our team to play outside competition and for the Academy baseball staff to continue to evaluate where our team needs to improve for our Spring season. I have the utmost respect for UNLV coach Tim Chambers, his staff and his players and cannot thank them enough for allowing us to come to UNLV to play in an exhibition game in the Fall. I truly cannot think of a better way to conclude our Fall portion then to be on the road against outside competition to get us ready for this upcoming Spring."
Air Force returns eight position starters and two weekend starting pitchers off the 2012 team. The Falcons open the 2013 season on Feb. 15, at UTSA.
