Air Force-San Diego State Baseball Series Postponed Till April
USAF ACADEMY, Colo. - The Air Force-San Diego State baseball games scheduled for Friday and Saturday at Falcon Field have been cancelled due to unplayable conditions caused by recent snowfall. The games will be made up in San Diego April, 24-26, as part of three-doubleheaders in three days.
The Falcons and Aztecs were only able to play one and a half innings on Thursday before the umpires decided to call the game due to increasing snowfall. San Diego State held a 2-0 lead at that point. Air Force has now had seven games wiped out this season due to snowfall at the Academy. The Falcons return to action next Tuesday, March 29, with a noon doubleheader at Northern Colorado. --30--
