    SPARTANBURG, S.C. - Air Force baseball lost game one of its doubleheader with Wofford, 2-0, Saturday afternoon at King Field. The Falcons were held to six hits in the seven-inning game. Game two begins around 4:30 p.m. EST.

    Wofford starting pitcher Cash Collins (1-2) tossed a complete-game shutout, striking out six.

    Collins out-dueled Air Force starting pitcher Cameron White (1-1), who scattered five hits while striking out six in the tough-luck complete game loss. White's two runs allowed were both to Terrier cleanup hitter Konstantine Diamaduros, who went 3-for-3 with a home run and triple.

    Diamaduros homered in the second and later came around to score on a sac-fly in the sixth after hitting a triple.

    Jake Schomaker led the Falcon offense with two base hits. Freshman Tyler Saleck recorded his first-career hit for the Falcons.

    Game two of the doubleheader begins shortly.
