    HIGH SCHOOL (Carl Sandberg): Lettered four years in baseball and one in golf...all-state as a junior and senior...all-conference and all-area both years as well...batted .495 with four homers and 46 RBIs as a senior...batted .537 with four homers and 27 RBIs as a junior...National Honors Society member...high school baseball coach was Jim Morsovillo...played summer ball for Upper Deck, coached by Chuck Williams and Keith Bauer.
