Why I came to the Academy: "It was an offer I couldn't refuse. The chance to play Div. I baseball, get a degree from a prestigious school, and get paid to do it. Who would say no to that? I know if I graduate from here I will be set for life. Also, it seemed right to serve my country like my father (Marine Corps), and his father (Mexican Army)."

My plans for the future: "Play professional ball for as long as I can. If the Air Force still lets me I'd like to go to pilot school, and fly B-2 bombers for awhile. Earn my masters and PhD sometime in there. Get out, and coach high school Texas baseball. Then work my way up into the college level. I might get married too. Maybe some kids. Who knows?"
