Notable: Has two seasons of eligibility after playing two seasons at Columbia Basin Community College...will be a freshman academically at the Academy. 2012 (Columbia Basin C.C.): Batted .360...struck out 29 in 29 innings pitched with 5.83 ERA...East Region Champions....NWAACC All-Academic, Academic Leadership, Top Male Scholar Athlete, President's list (3.8 or above GPA). 2011 (Columbia Basin C.C.): Batted .233...struck out 28 in 24 IP and posted 2.31 ERA...East Region Champions. HIGH SCHOOL (Richland): Lettered two years in baseball...second-team all-state outfielder and first-team all-conference as a senior...team captain...batted .406 as a junior and .384 as a senior...second-team all-conference as a junior...led Richland to State 4A Championship as a junior and runner-up finish as a senior...high school baseball coach was Ben Jacobs...played summer ball for the Twin City Titans, coached by Steve Farrington. Why I came to the Academy: "I came to the Air Force Academy to fulfill a sense of duty, get an all-star education, develop leadership, and be around the best men and women this world has to offer, to fight for the ones I love and to make this world a better place.
