Who's had the biggest influence on your sports career and why:My Dad. He pushed me hard and refused to let me accept anything other than my best or take a day off. He instilled in me my work ethic and toughness. Thanks Dad. Most noteworthy thing(s) about your hometown:I share a hometown with former President George W. Bush. Favorite MLB team:Cincinnati Reds Favorite MLB player:Nolan Ryan Pregame rituals:Just show and go. Don't think too much and just play the game. What do you enjoy listening to?Texas Country and AC/DC. If you could trade places with one of your teammates for day, who would it be and why?I'd trade places with Coach Kaz, just to see what it's like to have unlimited energy and passion. How did you spend your summer?I spent six weeks at Marine Corps Officer Candidate School and after graduation from OCS I came back to the Academy to be the Squadron Commander of Flying Tigers for 2nd BCT. Favorite quote:"What I gave I have, What I didn't give I've lost forever." - It's inscribed on my class ring. Why I came to the Academy:"I came to the Academy because I wanted to embrace the challenge of being a cadet and in doing so become a part of something bigger than myself."
