Junior (2011): Started all 14 games pitched to lead the team in starts...also led team in wins (5) and innings pitched (85.0)...second on team with 52 strikeouts...third on team with 7.09 ERA...post 5-8 record...won his first five starts to become first Falcons to start season 5-0 since 1995...eighth in the MW in innings pitched and 10th in wins...earned third All-Academic MW honor...pitched 5-plus innings in 12 starts...struck out a career-high 10 batters in win over Miami (Ohio)...pitched career-high nine innings in last start vs. BYU.

Why I came to the Academy: "I came to the Academy because I truly love this nation and everything it stands for and want to give back by serving in the military. Also, the education is top notch and there is no place that I would rather be."
