    FRESHMAN (2010): Competed in five meets, including the conference championships...was one of just two Air Force freshmen to run at the conference meet...placed 42nd at the Mountain West Conference Championships with a time of 27:31 (7200 elevation)...clocked a season-best time of 25:49 at the Pre-Nationals Meet (171st)...placed 55th at the Woody Greeno Invitational with a time of 26:53...finished 67th at the Rocky Mountain Shootout with a time of 27:13...opened the season with a 23rd-place time of 20:26 at the Rust Buster Invitational (6000-meter course).

    HIGH SCHOOL: Ann Sobrato High School...won California's Central Coast Section in the 3200-meter run (9:07.10) in 2009...also won the Stanford invitational that year at 3200 meters...recorded a season-best time of 4:15.80 in the 1600-meter run at the Blossom Valley League finals...named Athlete of the Year as a junior and senior...won the 2006 USA Triathlon's Youth Elite National Championships in Colorado Springs.
