    JUNIOR (2010): Competed in four meets...opened the season at the Rust Buster Invitational, clocking a 6K time of 20:37 to finish 32nd...placed 95th at the Rocky Mountain Shootout (8K, 27:45) and 98th at the Tiger Invitational (27:16)...also ran at the Woody Greeno Invitational, placing 149th behind a time of 28:16.

    SOPHOMORE (2009): Competed in four meets, including the Mountain West Conference Championships...placed 45th at the conference meet with a time of 27:50...ran a season-best time of 25:54 at the Fort Hays Tiger Invitational to finish 27th...that was the seventh-fastest time on the team...clocked a time of 28:49 at the Roy Griak Invitational...opened the season with a 44th-place finish (20:57) at the 6K Rust Buster Invitational.

    FRESHMAN (2008): Saw action in four meets for the Falcons...opened the season with a 38th-place time of 25:27 at the Wyoming Invitational (4.25-mile course)...clocked a season-best 8K time of 27:14 at the Fort Hays Invitational...also ran 8K courses at the Air Force Open (29:12, 14th) and at the Rocky Mountain Shootout (29:28, 82nd).

    HIGH SCHOOL: Falcon High School...two-time Metro League cross country champion...Metro League champion in the 1600- and 800-meter events...also earned the regional championship (Colorado Springs area) title in those two events.
