COACH COLE ON SHAY: "A very successful runner during high school, Shay will follow a similar process to many of our previous athletes that came in as freshman, figured out how to be successful, committed to that process, and then made strong improvements. Shay is someone that understands the process requires time, but she is also a very competitive person and won’t let the timeline for improvement discourage her."
