JUNIOR (2008): Competed in four meets for the Falcons...won the Air Force Open behind a 6K time of 20:38...recorded a season-best 8K time of 26:01 to finish 12th at the Fort Hays Invitational...placed 58th at the Rocky Mountain Shootout behind a time of 28:01...opened the season with a 30th-place time of 24:51 at the 4.25-mile Wyoming Invitational...earned the Academy's athlete of the week award following the Air Force Open...academic all-conference selection.

SOPHOMORE (2007): Competed in four meets...placed eighth at the Air Force Open with a time of 26:51...finished 15th at the Rocky Mountain Shootout with a time of 28:25...clocked a time of 28:03 to place 48th at the Fort Hays Invitational...opened the season with a 38th-place time of 24:31 at the 4.25-mile Wyoming Invitational.

FRESHMAN (2006): Competed in four meets as a walk-on...finished 19th at the Air Force Open, in 29:57...finished with a 69th-place time of 25:59 at Wyoming (4.25-mile course) ...placed 43rd at the Utah Fall Festival, finishing in 29:47...clocked 29:52 to place 75th at the Fort Hays Invitational.

HIGH SCHOOL: Cuyahoga Valley Christian High School...member of the 4x800-meter relay team that finished fifth at the Ohio state championships in 2005...also finished 14th in the 300-meter hurdles at the 2005 state meet...played basketball for three years and football for two...began competing in track (sprints and hurdles) as a sophomore...graduated with honors.
