JUNIOR (2008): Competed in four meets, including the conference and regional championships...recorded a season-best 6K time of 22:13 at the NCAA Regional Championships (69th)...that time was the second-fastest on the team...finished 41st at the Mountain West Conference Championships with a time of 23:22...clocked a time of 22:39 at the Pre-Nationals Meet (184th)...posted a 5K time of 19:03 to finish 56th at the Aztec Invitational...served as the team's co-captain.

SOPHOMORE (2007): Competed in all six meets for the of just two Falcons to accomplish that feat...was the team's top scorer at the Rocky Mountain Shootout, finishing 16th with a time of 24:06...placed 17th at the Air Force Open (27:29)...also placed 17th at the 2.5-mile Wyoming Invitational (16:11)...clocked a time of 24:40 to finish 48th at the Mountain West Conference championships...crossed the finish line of the NCAA Mountain Regional in 24:18 (106th)...finished 54th at the 5K Aztec Invitational (19:36)...academic all-conference selection.

FRESHMAN (2006): Competed in six meets, including the conference and regional championships...clocked a season-best time of 22:10 (altitude adjusted time) at the MWC meet to finish 24th...finished 61st at the NCAA Mountain Regionals with a time of 23:08...finished 10th at the Utah Fall Festival (22:52a)...clocked a 2.5-mile time of 16:05 (22nd) at Wyoming...clocked 22:58 at the Pre-National Meet (216th)... completed the Roy Griak Invitational in 24:11 to finish 171st.

HIGH SCHOOL: North Bend High School...earned Most Valuable Athlete honors for the track and field team as a junior and senior...won the Oregon 3A state high school championship in the pole vault at 11'6"...also placed second in the 800-meter run and sixth in the 300-meter hurdles at the state meet...recorded a career-best time of 2:13.13 in the 800-meter run...that time ranked as the best time in Oregon among all classifications...also holds the school records in the pole vault and 300-meter hurdles...named MVP of the cross country team as a freshman and sophomore...editor-in-chief of the school newspaper...high school webmaster...four-year member of the band...served as the percussion section leader in the marching band and flute section leader in the symphonic band...class valedictorian.
