COACH COLE ON NIC: "A candidate for most improved coming off the summer, Nic is not a high-mileage, true-distance runner type of athlete. But it's been pretty clear during the early stages of the fall that Nic put in a lot of work to build himself as a runner and he's done a great job. Those are the type of people you get really excited to see race because you want them to see the return for all of their hard work."
