COACH COLE ON NATE: "Nate is a steady runner and has had good consistency in his preparations for the cross country season. As with many underclassmen, there are moments of success as fitness begins to build. Now in his third year with our program, Nate’s fitness has built and the consistency of those successful moments should improve. That’s a good thing for Nate and our team, but not so much for the teams we’re competing against."
