    JUNIOR (2008): Raced in four meets for the Falcons...placed fourth in the 6K race at the Air Force Open with a time of 21:21...recorded a season-best 8K time of 26:08 at the Fort Hays Invitational to place 16th...picked up a 63rd-place finish (28:21) at the Rocky Mountain Shootout...opened the season with a 37th-place time of 25:21 at the 4.25-mile Wyoming Invitational.

    SOPHOMORE (2007): Competed at the Wyoming Invitational and Rocky Mountain Shootout...finished 49th at Wyoming with a 4.25-mile time of 25:16...placed 22nd at the Rocky Mountain Shootout with a time of 29:47.

    FRESHMAN (2006): Red-shirted the cross country season...competed as an unattached competitor at the Air Force Open and finished 16th with a time of 28:26.

    BEFORE USAFA: Transferred from RPI (Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute)... earned All-Liberty League honors...was the top RPI finisher at the Albany and Saratoga Invitationals ...named Liberty League Rookie of the Week on Oct. 17.

    HIGH SCHOOL: Bethlehem Central High School...member of the 2005 High School All-America Track and Field team...selected as a Suburban Council all-star...served as captain of the cross country team, as well as the indoor and outdoor track team...named all-Suburban Council...Rookie of the Year in 2003 and team MVP in 2004.
