Air Force Places 15 on Academic All-Conference List

Nine men and six women earned academic all-league honors.

FRESHMAN YEAR | 2013: Competed in three meets, including the conference championships...opened the season with a 29th-place finish at the Colorado State Open (5K time of 18:34.70)...posted a season-best 6K time of 22:49.00 at the Wisconsin adidas Invitational (268th)...finished 72nd at the Mountain West Championships with a time of 24:30.47...academic all-conference selection...Mountain West Scholar-Athlete.

HIGH SCHOOL: Sunnyslope High School...district champion in both the one-mile and two-mile events...competed at two state cross country championship meets, finishing eighth as a sophomore and 13th as a senior...also played tennis...earned three top-three finishes at the state championships, including two second-place finishes...named Glendale Union High School District Outstanding Student...class valedictorian.
