JUNIOR YEAR | 2016: Competed in six meets, including the conference, regional and national championships...clocked a season-best 6K time of 21:21.6 to finish 24th at the Mountain West Championships and help Air Force to a runner-up finish in the team standings...finished within the top 50 of the NCAA Mountain Regional (21:31.7, 49th)...also ran 6K races at the Pre-National Invitational (22:12.0, 199th) and NCAA Championships (22:52.8, 243rd)...clocked a 5K time of 18:37.3 to finish 18th and help Air Force win the season-opening Colorado State Invitational...recorded a career-best 5K of 17:56.7 at the Joe Piane Notre Dame Invitational (122nd)...academic all-conference selection...Mountain West Scholar-Athlete.

SOPHOMORE YEAR | 2015: Competed in five meets, including the conference and regional championships...placed 27th at the Mountain West Championships (24:30.6)...recorded a 22:18.7 to finish 48th out of 127 runners at the NCAA Mountain Region Championships...clocked a career-best 6K time of 20:44.4 at the Washington Invitational (40th)...finished 89th out of 311 runners at the Pre-Nationals Invitational, following a time of 21:04.2...opened the season with a top-15 finish at the 5K Colorado State Invitational (18:04.0, 15th)...academic all-conference selection.

FRESHMAN YEAR | 2014: Participated in five meets, including the conference and regional championships...posted a career-best 6K time of 23:16.20 to finish 75th at the Mountain West Championships...clocked a 25:30.71 at the NCAA Mountain Regional Championships (127th)...also competed in the 6K distance at the Woody Greeno Invitational (25:02.50, 54th) and Pre-National Invitational (25:08.40, 189th)...opened season with a 4200-meter time of 15:52.50 at the Fresno State Invitational (23rd)...academic all-conference selection...Mountain West Scholar-Athlete.

MAJOR TRACK AND FIELD HIGHLIGHTS: Debuted on the Academy's all-time standings in the outdoor 5000-meter run (17:02.38, ninth)...ran on the distance medley relay that clocked the eighth-fastest time in program history (12:05.02a).
