HIGH SCHOOL: South Milwaukee High School...four-time state qualifier in cross country and track...regional and sectional champion in the 1600- and 3200-meter events...seven-time all-conference honoree for cross country and track...AP Scholar...class valedictorian.

PERSONAL: Full name is Justin James Richard Weber...nickname is "Chubs"...son of Robert and Lyn Weber...has three older sisters, including one who served in the Navy through the ROTC program at Marquette University...has a brother-in-law who enlisted in the Army, commissioned into the Navy and is retiring at the rank of Lieutenant Colonel...majoring in geospatial science...future plans include becoming a pilot...named to the Dean's List and Athletic Director's List in the spring of 2017...hobbies include working on his "Dad Bod", kettle-bell workouts, eating granola and doing steeplechase drills late at night...earned Jump Wings and completed Expeditionary Survival and Evasion Training (ESET) over the summer...member of Cadet Squadron 40.

COACH COLE ON JUSTIN: "Justin is a guy that we'll be talking about being another USAFA success story by the time he is done. Not really recruited and without having immediate success in college, Justin followed the example of some of his more developed veteran teammates by putting his head down and going to work. He lets his legs do the talking and he's extremely committed to developing his ability. I think he may be surprised with how far his approach will take him."
