SOPHOMORE YEAR | 2014: Participated in five meets, including the conference championships...opened the season with a 14th-place finish a the Fresno State Invitational...clocked a 6K time of 18:59.10 at that meet...recorded a career-best 8K time of 25:07.40 to finish 47th at the Mountain West Championships...finished 13th in the open section of the Pre-National Invitational (26:11.10)...also competed at the Rocky Mountain Shootout (26:58.40, 38th) and Woody Greeno Invitational (27:24.10, 26th)...academic all-conference selection.

COACH COLE ON JASON: One of our three seniors on the team, Jason is mature beyond his years. Being able to embrace the role of a steady and solid contributor to our varsity group will enable Jason to play a key part on what has the potential to be a very good team. Combined with everything else he brings to the table as one of the mentors on the team, Jason becomes a very key part of our program.
