    HIGH SCHOOL: Lake Braddock Secondary School...conference champion in the 3200-meter run during the 2014 indoor season...received the Coaches Award during the outdoor season that year...served as captain of the cross country, indoor track and outdoor track teams...recorded career-best times of 9:23 (3200-meter run), 4:26 (1600-meter run) and 15:44 (5000-meter run)...named to the academic honor roll all four years.

    PERSONAL: Full name is Forrest Nathan Isenhour...nickname is "Trebuchet"...son of Steven and Michelle Isenhour...both parents are Army graduates and currently teach at West Point (Lt Col Steven Isenhour, Class of 1993, teaches computer science; Lt Col Michelle Isenhour, Class of 1994, teaches mathematics to the engineering majors)...has one younger brother, Miles...currently undecided on a major, with options including engineering, mathematics and history...hobbies include reading, running, playing ultimate Frisbee and sleeping...has built a trebuchet in garage...also built two suits of armor (one Mountain Dew themed, one Mongolian themed) in basement...member of Cadet Squadron 15.
