JUNIOR YEAR | 2013: Competed in four meets, including the conference and regional championships...clocked a season-best 6K time of 21:58.00 at the Wisconsin adidas Invitational (220th)...finished 51st at the Mountain West Championships behind a time of 23:34.49...clocked 22:07.70 to finish 70th at the NCAA Mountain Region Championships...opened the season with an 11th-place finish at the Colorado State Open (5K time of 18:42.20)...academic all-conference selection...MW Scholar-Athlete...earned second straight selection to the CoSIDA-Capital One Academic All-District VII Team...became the first Air Force runner to earn CoSIDA-Capital One Academic All-America honors twice in a career.
