    SOPHOMORE (2010): All-region honoree...competed at the NCAA Championships...clocked a 10K time of 31:28.2 to finish 134th at that race...placed 13th at the NCAA Mountain Region Championships with a career-best 10K time of 30:17...placed 15th at the Mountain West Conference Championships with an 8K time of 25:38 (7200 elevation)...also competed in four regular season meets...opened the season with an eighth-place finish at the 6000-meter Rust Buster Invitational (19:48)...that was the second-best finish on the team at that meet...finished 15th at the Woody Greeno Invitational...time of 25:49 was the second-fastest time on the team at that meet...placed 69th at the Pre-Nationals Meet (24:46) and 76th at the Wisconsin adidas Invitational (24:42)...ranked second on the team at the 6000-meter and 10,000-meter distances...ranked fourth on the team at the 8000-meter distance...academic all-conference selection...MWC Scholar-Athlete...named to the USTFCCCA All-Academic Team.

    FRESHMAN (2009): Earned the team's Most Outstanding Freshman award...competed in five meets, including the conference and regional championships...finished 31st at the Mountain West Conference Championships with a time of 26:13...clocked a time of 32:49 in the 10K at the NCAA Regional Championships...posted a season-best time of 25:45 (8K) to place 21st at the Fort Hays Tiger Invitational...was the top Air Force finisher...named MWC Runner of the Week following that meet...was also the top Falcon finisher at the Rocky Mountain Shootout, placed 64th with an 8K time of 28:15...opened the season with a 40th-place time of 20:53 at the Rust Buster Invitational...academic all-conference selection...MWC Scholar-Athlete.
