COACH COLE ON CONNER: "A senior that really embraces the track, Conner is a quality distance runner and he's been putting together some solid months of training. Not a super high mileage guy, Conner understands that to improve his track times, he will need to continue building his aerobic engine and there's no better time to do that than during the summer and fall. A positive consequence of that process is that he can be someone that helps our team be more competitive in cross country, through both his racing and his diligence in his secondary season."
