SOPHOMORE (2006): Competed in four meets...opened the season with a time of 25:11 at Wyoming (62nd)... placed 15th at the Air Force Open (28:22)...recorded top-25 finishes at the Fort Hays Invite (27:16-22nd) and the Utah Fall Festival (27:23-25th)...MWC Scholar-Athlete.

FRESHMAN (2005): Ran in four meets...placed 47th at the Fort Hays Invite (27:38)...clocked in at 25:15 in the 4.25-mile Wyoming Invitational (59th)...ran the Rocky Mountain Shootout in 30:10 to place 79th...also ran the Woody Greeno Invitational in 28:49...MWC Scholar-Athlete.

TRACK AND FIELD HIGHLIGHTS: Clocked the fifth-fastest outdoor 5000-meter time (3:45.40) in Academy history...named `Most Improved' in 2008...will serve as captain of the 2009 squad...earned three top-10 finishes at the conference meet, including a fourth-place finish in the indoor mile in 2008...two-time academic all-conference selection...received two nods as a MWC Scholar-Athlete.
