COACH COLE ON CARINA: There's a growth process required for to go from good to elite and that process often entails more than just running. Carina is a very talented, very tough runner and she is starting to figure out the lifestyle required to be extremely successful. As she continues to commit to that process, Carina can emerge as someone that can compete with anyone in the NCAA. She's that good.
