    SOPHOMORE (2010): Competed in two meets...opened the season with a 10th-place finish at the Rust Buster Invitational...clocked a 6K time of 18:59 at that race...also competed at the Wisconsin adidas Invitational, clocking an 8K time of 25:10 (111th)...academic all-conference selection...MWC Scholar-Athlete.

    FRESHMAN (2009): Ran at the Colorado State Classic...placed 34th with a time of 21:39.50...that time was the Falcons' best four-mile time of the season...was the squad's top finisher at that meet.

    HIGH SCHOOL: George Washington High School...seven-time letterwinner in track and cross country...earned cross country MVP honors as a sophomore...served as cross country team captain during junior and senior seasons...clocked a personal-best 5K time of 15:27 and a personal-best two-mile time of 9:17...earned an IB diploma.
