COACH COLE ON ANDY: "One of our team leaders, Andy has continued to develop during his time at USAFA. It hasn't always come easy, but Andy has developed his running to a high level. Yet the example Andy will set for our team over the course of the year is that athletes can't abandon the process once they attain a high level. Andy will continue to be diligent in his preparation and that will enable his performance level -- and our team -- to achieve even more."
