Freshman Meghan Prinkey was the lone representative from the women's team, while five members of the men's team were selected. The award, presented by the British Air Squadron, recognizes the most outstanding cadet in an Air Force commissioning program. [+]Air Force Men Earn USTFCCCA All-Academic Team Honors3/5/2009-Cross Country The Air Force men's cross country team earned All-Academic Team honors, the U.S. Track and Field/Cross Country Coaches Association announced this morning (March 5). It is the sixth time in Academy history that the Falcons have earned the All-Academic Team distinction. With a combined grade-point-average of 3.050, Air Force was one of 110 men's programs to receive the honor. Walmsley clocked a career-best time of 25:36 in the 8K event that featured runners from around the country, ranging in age from 17-19.
