Men Earn Team Title at Fresno State Invitational

With all five scoring runners finishing in the top eight, the Air Force men's cross country team easily won the Fresno State Invitational this morning (Sept. 5), as they opened the 2014 season at Woodward Park in Fresno. The women claimed a second-place finish after placing five within the top 12.

The Air Force men's cross country team was picked to finish third in the Mountain West, the league office announced this afternoon (Aug. 21) with the release of the annual preseason coaches' poll. While the men tied for third in the eight-team standings, the women were picked to sixth out of 11 teams.

Cross Country Announces 2014 Schedule

Backed by eight competitions, the Air Force cross country team announced its schedule for the upcoming 2014 season this afternoon.
